All applicants should prepare two contrasting movements or works. One should be virtuosic in nature and the other should be lyrical. For the virtuosic piece, the first or last movement of a concerto is preferred. If you have a longer work containing both virtuosic and lyrical sections (i.e. the Roccoco Variations or Paganini Mose's Variations), you may submit only the one piece. Please check with the Institute office prior to submitting your videos.
Accompaniment is not required for the audition.
