Applications
All applicants must submit an application. For the application form please click here. Applications must be postmarked by January 15, 2012.
The application fee of $95 may be paid by check, cash, or money order. Checks and money-orders should be made payable to:

Applications may be submitted by email by completing the pdf, saving the document as the applicants name, and emailing the document to office@heifetzinstitute.org.

Repertoire
All applicants should prepare two contrasting movements or works. One should be virtuosic in nature and the other should be lyrical. For the virtuosic piece, the first or last movement of a concerto is preferred. If you have a longer work containing both virtuosic and lyrical sections (i.e. the Roccoco Variations or Paganini Mose's Variations), you may submit only the one piece. Please check with the Institute office prior to submitting your videos.
Accompaniment is not required for the audition.
Scholarships
Scholarships are available for those who are accepted. To be considered for a scholarship, please submit the scholarship form with your application. The scholarship form is available here. Please note that applicants must also submit a personal statement and a tax form with their scholarship application or the scholarship application will not be considered.
Auditions
All applicants must either audition live or by uploading a recent video to the Heifetz Institute dropbox.
