The Heifetz International Music Institute, dedicated to the artistic growth and career development of some of the most talented and promising young musicians in the world, seeks a personable, articulate, and passionate, dedicated, mission-driven Development & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Development & Marketing Manager will be responsible for securing financial resources through grants, appeals, and donor stewardship designed to support the Heifetz Institute’s mission, goals, programs, and services.
The Manager is also responsible for helping to build and manage the Institute’s brand and all aspects of marketing communications, to raise awareness of the organization. The Manager will report to the President & CEO, and will work closely with the Heifetz Institute’s year-round administration, Board of Directors, and Community Advisory Council.
This newly-created position for this growing, dynamic organization is currently budgeted as a 66% FTE post with opportunities to convert to full-time employment by 2020. The minimum requirements for the job are a Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ experience in marketing and development and/or nonprofit administration.
