Phil Lennon (Wellness for Musicians) is the founder of two premier fitness facilities in the Shenandoah Valley: CrossFit Staunton and Queen City Strength. Throughout his practice as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, Phil has worked with hundreds of athletes and musicians from a wide range of ages and abilities, and is known for how to diagnose and treat the effects of longterm concert performance on the body. His holistic approach to training incorporates both the mind and body by meeting each individual at their needs as a performer. Mr. Lennon holds degrees from Florida State University and Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management, and is a student of the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University. He also holds multiple certifications in CrossFit, kettlebell, and weightlifting instruction.
